Every personalized blanket here is woven, not printed. The design is made on a jacquard loom from dyed cotton yarn, which means there is no ink layer sitting on top of the fabric waiting to crack, fade or go stiff in the wash. It gets softer each time instead of worse. That is the whole reason we do it this way and it is the reason these outlast the printed ones by years.

You choose the name, the year and the colourway. We weave exactly what you type, so check your spelling before you hit add to cart, because the loom has no opinion about your surname.

Three sizes run from lap blanket to bed throw. All of them are reversible, the colours invert on the back and it looks deliberate because it is. Made to order in three to five business days and shipped free from the USA.
