As we mentioned on our FAQ page, trying to speak to the manager just results in us crying in a mirror. Emailing us is an infinitely better strategy. 

We don’t have a giant corporate call center, a robotic automated phone menu or useless AI chat widgets. It is just a small team reading your messages directly.
