If it arrives broken, misprinted, or different from what you typed, that is on us. Email info@thepaintedwolves.com within 30 days with a photo and we replace it or refund it in full at our cost. You do not ship anything back.

Yes. Your design is printed on the front and the back, both reading the right way round, so it looks finished whichever way it turns on the branch.
Does it come gift boxed?
It ships safely packed to survive the post, not in a presentation box. The props in our photos are styling. Pop it in a small box or tuck it into a card and it is ready to give.
How long does it take?
Ready in 2 to 5 business days, then 3 to 5 in transit. So 5 to 10 business days all in. Ordering for Christmas? Aim for early December to be safe.
What if I spell it wrong?
We print exactly what you type, so read it twice before you add to cart. If we print something different from what you typed, that is our mistake and we fix it free.
Can I change the phrase or the year?

Do you ship outside the USA?
