Shipping and returns
This one is personalized, so it is made only for you and cannot be resold. That means it cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind or a spelling mistake. Please check your last name and year before you order.
If it arrives broken, misprinted or different from what you typed, that is on us. Email info@thepaintedwolves.com within 30 days with a photo and we replace it or refund it in full at our cost. You do not ship anything back.

What gets printed where?
Your last name goes on the icing sign above the gingerbread house door on the front. The back says The [Last name] Family with Est. and your year below it. The live preview shows both sides as you type.
What if I spell it wrong?
We print exactly what you type, so read it twice before you add to cart. If we print something different from what you typed, that is our mistake and we fix it free.
