Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum and no code. Party crackers can be upgraded to FedEx 2Day for $9.99 at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the product. Party crackers arrive in 3 to 9 business days, fleece blankets in 3 to 8, woven blankets in 4 to 10, ceramic ornaments and embroidered hats in 5 to 10, glass ornaments and mugs in 6 to 11 and sherpa blankets in 6 to 13. Digital downloads arrive by email right after checkout. Every product page shows its own estimate.
Are your blankets woven or printed?
Our woven blankets are 100% cotton jacquard, so the design is woven into the cloth and finished with fringed edges. Our fleece blankets have a soft velveteen surface printed on one side. Each product page says which kind it is.
What is inside a Christmas cracker?
Each cracker holds a trinket gift, a joke, a paper party hat and an extra surprise. Our crackers are handmade in Sarasota, Florida and sold in boxes of six, each about 10 inches long.
Can I order crackers without snaps?
Yes. Every cracker design comes with snaps for the bang or without snaps for a quieter table. Choose on the product page.
How do I personalize an item?
Type the names, year or initials on the product page before adding the item to your cart. We make exactly what you type, so please check the spelling carefully.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items are made for you and cannot be returned for typos, wrong size or a change of mind. If one arrives damaged, defective or misprinted we replace or refund it in full at our cost.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email info@thepaintedwolves.com with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery. You get a free replacement or a full refund and you do not need to send anything back.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery for items that are not personalized. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. You pay the return shipping by USPS and receive store credit that never expires.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they enter production. Email info@thepaintedwolves.com with your order number as soon as you can.
Where is The Painted Wolves based?
We are a small shop in Sarasota, Florida. Our party crackers are handmade there and our other products are made to order and shipped from locations across the USA, so a multi-item order can arrive in separate parcels.
