If it arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the artwork you approved, that is on us. Email info@thepaintedwolves.com within 30 days with a photo and we replace it or refund it in full at our cost.

What kind of photo works best?

A sharp, well lit photo where their face fills most of the frame, taken at their eye level. Phone photos are perfect. Blurry, dark or far-away shots make it harder to capture the details that make them them.

Do I get to see it before it prints?

Yes. We email you the finished artwork first, usually within one business day. Nothing prints until you approve it, and small tweaks are included.

Velveteen or sherpa?

Velveteen is smooth and silky with the sharpest print detail. Sherpa has the same printed front with a cozy cream sherpa back, the warmer pick for the sofa.

What size should I choose?
