Questions people actually ask
Is it real glass?
Yes. A flat round glass ornament, about 3.5 inches across, with a gold ribbon to hang it, so it catches the tree lights.
How long does it take?
Ready in 2 to 5 business days, then 3 to 5 in transit. So 5 to 10 business days all in. Ordering for Christmas? Aim for early December to be safe.
What if it arrives broken?
Glass and couriers do not always get along. Send us a photo within 30 days and we replace it free. Nothing to ship back.
Does it come gift boxed?
It ships safely packed to survive the post, not in a presentation box. Pop it in a small box with some tissue and it is ready to give.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Not yet. Everything ships within the United States only, and shipping is free.
